• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• One account per organization; the registering user becomes the tenant Owner
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements

4. Subscription & Billing

• Access to CRM features requires an active subscription (Smart or Solo tier)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Tier limits (properties, customers, seats) are enforced per plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or exploit security vulnerabilities
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time through the GDPR data export feature in Settings.

7. Inter-Agency Features

Smart tier tenants may participate in cross-agency property matching, conversations, and deals. By using these features, you consent to limited data sharing (property details, agent contact information) with other participating agencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. [Company legal name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support for data deletion.
